ÀWÉ ALÁGBÒ emerged from a long process of confronting problems that could not be solved effectively by effort alone.
Again and again, the deeper question became not “How do I work harder?” but “What structure is producing this outcome?”
That question became the beginning of a different way of thinking: looking beneath immediate circumstances, identifying constraints and relationships, and searching for the smallest changes capable of producing disproportionately large effects.
